The clarus warranty covers manufacturers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Any Clarus sunglasses returned during the warranty period are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- A $7.00 (seven) fee to cover shipping/handling must accompany your returned sunglasses.
- Proof of purchase is required. Please include a dated copy of the original sales receipt with your return.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, lost screws, scratched or broken lenses.
Warranty Claim Procedure
Clarus will replace or repair (at our sole discretion) defective sunglasses that meet the terms and conditions of our warranty. Please place your Clarus sunglasses in a cardboard box with adequate packing to avoid damage during shipping. Send your sunglasses to:
